On the second phone call to make an appointment, Sabrina again carefully went through every details, made sure they got every piece of my information correct, as well as patiently answered all the questions I had. On the day of installation, Brent called me 20 minutes before he arrived (as I was informed when making the appointment). He did a nice, quick, and clean work. After the installation, he went through the usage of my new opener, as well as setting up the opener on my phone. Moreover, he remembered to save the existing functional bulbs on my old opener.
